Events & Nightlife Car Service NYC

Home Services Events & Nightlife Car Service NYC

Rodriguez Luxury Cars provides chauffeured transport for New York evenings — dinners, galas, premieres, concerts and nights out. These are hourly bookings from $95 per hour so the car waits rather than being re-booked at midnight, and the same chauffeur stays with you for the whole evening.

The whole point is not booking a car at 1am

Every problem with transport on a night out happens at the end of it. Surge pricing peaks exactly when a venue empties, the pavement outside is full of people doing the same thing you are, and the evening's good mood ends in a queue.

An hourly booking removes that entirely. The car is yours for the evening, the chauffeur knows when and where, and leaving is a text rather than a negotiation.

This is also the booking where the cost comparison is most misleading. Set against two rideshares at a 2.4x multiplier at midnight, an hourly booking is frequently not much more expensive at all.

Events where the drop-off actually matters

Galas, premieres and benefit dinners have managed arrival lanes, and a chauffeur who understands how they work is the difference between arriving at the entrance and being let out around the corner.

For venues we work regularly we know the drop-off point rather than guessing at it, which sounds minor until you have been dropped on the wrong side of a closed street in formal wear.

Where an event has a specific arrival window — and many do — we plan to it rather than to the start time printed on the invitation.

Groups and multi-stop evenings

Dinner, a show and somewhere afterwards is three stops, which puts it firmly in hourly territory. Booked separately it is three pickups and three chances for something to go wrong at the least convenient moment.

For a group of seven or more the Sprinter is both cheaper per head and considerably better, because everybody arrives together and nobody is left waiting outside for the second car.

Coats and bags stay in the vehicle between stops, which on a winter evening is worth more than it sounds.

Yes — that is the point of an hourly booking. The vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the period, and coats and bags stay in the car between venues.

Yes, in a Sprinter Van, which takes up to 14 passengers. For a group that size it is cheaper per head than multiple sedans and everybody arrives together.

Usually, subject to the chauffeur's next booking. Let dispatch know as early as you can and additional time is billed at the same hourly rate.

Frequently, yes — surge multipliers peak exactly when venues empty. Against two rideshares at a 2.4x multiplier at midnight, an hourly booking is often close.
